Happy Tails Scoop Service
Dog's /Cat's Scoop Service.
Travel time, playtime with your dog, filling its water bowl, and spraying off the patio (if necessary). No surprise charges—prices are set per dog.
Extra charges:

$5 per visit for yards over ½ acre.

A one-time $30 setup and service fee for your first visit (covers up to 30 minutes of cleaning).

Additional charges for cleaning time beyond 30 minutes at $1.50 per minute.
Scoop Services Charges

One Dog/ One Cat $30 per visit, $5 for each additional dog. Monthly billing (varies between 4-5 weeks).

Two Dogs / Two Cats $35 per visit.

Three Dogs/ Three Cats $40 per visit.

6 Months Prepay: $702 (10% off for one dog or Cat).

1 Year Prepay: $1326 (15% off for one dog or Cat).
One-Time Clean Up:$125 with a 50% deposit (covers up to 1 hour of cleaning). Extra charge for additional cleaning time.
Customer Experience & Satisfaction:

No surprise charges for typical services.

If clients are dissatisfied with the service, we will take steps to amend the issue and ensure customer satisfaction is met.
Policies for Happy Tails Scoop Service
Service Fee: $25 setup fee for the first service, includes up to 30 minutes of cleaning.
Additional Yard Charges: $5 for yards over ½ acre.
Late Payments: $60 late fee after 30 days past due.
Service Availability: Specific service days, but no guaranteed times due to route fluctuations.
Safety: Clients must ensure clear, safe walkways for staff.
Weather or Illness: If service is missed, it will be made up at the next scheduled visit. If the client handles it, credit is provided.
No Access: Charged for missed visits due to locked gates or aggressive pets.
Service Suspension: Clients can pause service and receive credits if dogs are not in the yard.
Yard Conditions: Leaves or long grass may hinder cleaning, and Pooper Trooper may not guarantee a thorough cleaning under such conditions.
Right to Refuse Service: The company reserves the right to stop or refuse service under unsafe conditions.
